Understanding Credit Risk

CREDIT RISK lenders pay credit bureaus to view a borrower's credit score.

For lenders, a credit score indicates a person's credit risk. The higher the credit

score, the less of a credit risk. The lower the credit score,

the more of a credit risk. Lenders try to avoid lending money to people with lower

credit scores because there is a risk; they might not get thier money back.
