Your relationship patterns can be explained by three types: Islands, Anchors,
and Waves. Islands are the avoidant ones. They love their space and might
have had emotionally distant parents, so they learned to be super self-sufficient. Waves are the anxious
ones. They crave closeness but live in fear of being abandoned. Their parents were
probably inconsistent, so now they need constant validation. Anchors are the secure ones.
They feel safe in relationships because their parents were reliable. They're comfortable
with both intimacy and independence. Knowing your type isn't a life sentence, it's a roadmap.
It's the key to understanding your patterns and finally building the connections you actually want.
