VPN Sleep Mode Issue and Workaround

We have been made aware of a bug in Windows built-in VPN client that causes issues reconnecting

to the VPN when your computer enters sleep mode. If you are connected to the VPN when

your computer falls asleep, when you wake it up again it may appear to still

be connected to the VPN (i.e. there's a blue shield over the wifi icon)

but you won't be able to connect to the M-Drive. If this happens, unfortunately,

you will need to restart your computer. We are looking into a permanent fix but,

for now, you should be able to prevent this by disconnecting from the VPN before

you close your laptop and let it fall asleep. Your laptop will not enter sleep
