Hello Little Yogis, Today, we are practicing Warrior Pose. Stand straight with
feet together and arms down. Step your right foot back while keeping your left
foot forward. Turn your right foot slightly out. Bend your left knee but keep your right
leg straight with both feet flat. Lift both arms up beside your ears. Face forward and
look ahead. Hold this position while breathing slowly. When ready,
lower your arms and bring your feet back together. This powerful pose builds strength
and balance in your legs while stretching your whole body.
