When Love Turns to Betrayal

The Moment Everything Broke I came home early one afternoon and heard a voice in

our bedroom that wasn’t mine. When I opened the door, she looked at me

like a stranger. The man beside her moved fast, but the damage was already done.

I didn’t shout. I didn’t ask why. I just felt something inside me collapse quietly,

like a shelf falling in an empty room. I walked out because staying hurt more than leaving.
