Zoom Meeting Gone to the Dogs

Today I completely ruined my Zoom meeting… thanks to my dog. Yep, my dog.

So, I’m sitting there, all professional, wearing my best shirt from the waist

up, ready to impress my boss and a client. I think, ‘Hey,

it’ll be cute if my dog joins me.’ Big mistake. Five minutes in, he decides it’s

time to show off his new trick—jumping onto my keyboard. Suddenly… my slides disappear.

My camera freezes. And somehow, he unmutes me. Right at that moment, I’m explaining quarterly

projections, and he barks. LOUDLY. Like, full-on ‘I’m the

boss here’ bark. The client bursts out laughing. My boss… not so much.
