2:12 A.M. Motion Detected

Every night, my smart doorbell sent a notification at 2:12 a.m. Motion detected.

Front porch. When I checked the video, nothing was there. Empty porch.

Still notification. Same time. Every night. So last night, I stayed awake and

watched the live feed. At 2:12, the screen flickered. Someone stood on

my porch—head tilted, face blurred, way too close to the camera. My phone buzzed

again. Motion detected. Bedroom. I froze. My bedroom camera

wasn’t turned on. Slowly, I switched the feed. The camera showed my bed.

Empty. Then the blanket moved. And the porch camera notification popped
