Day 1: The Identity Switch

Day number one, identity switch. So confidence starts with who you believe you are,

not what you think you can do. So most people attempt confidence from their weakest identity,

you know, the, the hesitant version of themselves. So for one day,

shift your internal narrator, right? Not with hype, but with ownership.

When something challenges you, respond internally with, "I choose how this

lands. I decide the weight." This is the first crack in the old identity.
