Your body shame is actually a total social construct designed to control you.

Back in the Middle Ages, people were unhinged. Blood was seen as a power move,

people ate with their hands, and nobody cared about privacy. Then the Civilizing

Process happened. Society decided to control us through disgust and embarrassment. We started hiding

death in funeral homes, turning sex into a secret, and inventing words

like restroom because we were too polite to admit we have bodily functions. We spent centuries

sanitizing our existence, just to end up as anxious animals pretending we don't have fluids.
