There are only two ways to build anything, and picking the wrong one will wreck your project.
First, you have the Waterfall method. Think of it like building a house.
You plan everything upfront, pour the foundation, build the walls, then the roof.
Each step must be finished before the next begins. It’s rigid, and changing your
mind halfway through is a nightmare. Then there’s Agile. This is like building with LEGOs.
You work in short bursts, building a small piece, showing it off,
getting feedback, and then deciding what to build next. It’s all about flexibility.
