Endless scrolling is literally training your brain to hate deep thinking. A massive new analysis
of nearly one hundred thousand people found that short-form content is wrecking your ability to
focus. The data shows a serious drop in attention span and impulse control
because your brain is getting habituated to fast-paced rewards. Basically, real life feels
too slow now. It is also linked to higher stress and anxiety for both teenagers and
adults. Weirdly, they did not find a connection to bad body image,
but the cognitive hit is real. You might want to put the phone down after this one.
