Epic Workflow Simulation Training Platform

Epic is one of the most widely used hospital software systems; however, it is highly complex

and is difficult to learn. Training new staff takes time, costs hospitals

money, and mistakes can impact patient safety. Our project focuses on creating a simulation-based

training platform that mirrors Epic’s core workflows, allowing users to practice in a risk-free

environment. By using realistic scenarios and fictional patient data, the software enables

students and healthcare staff to learn more effectively, build confidence, and minimize errors

before working with real patients. Our project uses a tiered subscription system to fit each

organization's size and needs.
