the founders hired people who act exactly like them. When management tries to pivot,
everyone resists because of fear and habit. The cheat code to fix this is Lewin’s
model: you have to unfreeze the old ways, implement the change, and then refreeze
it so it sticks. And stop trying to eliminate all stress. You actually need
the sweet spot called Eustress to hit peak performance. If you're burning out,
