completely before starting the next. Analysis, design, code,
test—all in a rigid line. If the client changed their mind, you were in trouble.
Now, most teams work Agile. It’s all about short cycles called "sprints."
You build a small, working piece of the app, show it off, get feedback,
and then adapt for the next sprint. It’s flexible, collaborative, and you actually
build what people want. It’s less about a perfect plan and more about constant
