Grandma's Basement of Teeth

Warning this gets dark. I found something in my grandmother's basement that made

me throw up. Behind a false wall there was a room. Inside that room were jars.

Dozens of jars filled with formaldehyde. And floating in each one were human teeth.

But that's not the worst part. Each jar had a name tag. A child's name.

And dates from the 1960s. I confronted my sweet grandmother about it.

She just smiled and said some children don't deserve to forget their lessons. Then she asked if

I wanted to see her special pliers. The ones she said still worked perfectly. I moved out that

night. Never went back. Sometimes I still wonder whose teeth those were.
