Grave Light

I woke up holding yesterday like it was a knife. Smiling for the

mirror's lie and to my life. I keep my arm fine, polished like a

shield. But the truth is heavier than it's supposed to feel.

I've been running on, on a motor made of doubt. Trying to outpace

what I can't shut out. And I'm not asking for a savior.

Just a way back. If I'm falling, let me fall into the grave

light. Where the dark can't keep my name in its sight.

I'm still here, I still fight. I still bite. Pull me out of the black
