Instagram Following Random Accounts and Stalking

My Instagram keeps following people I’ve never heard of This sounds dumb

but it’s stressing me out. I keep noticing new accounts in my following list

that I definitely didn’t follow. They’re all private, zero profile pictures, usernames that look

auto-generated. I changed my password twice and turned on 2FA. It stopped for a

bit, then started again last night. The part that freaked me out is one of

the accounts posted a story for like five seconds before going private again. It was just a photo

of my apartment building from across the street. I don’t even know how to report that.

Has anyone dealt with something like this?
