Kenyan Woman Hugs Tree for World Record

A twenty-two-year-old Kenyan woman is attempting the impossible by hugging a tree for seventy-two

hours straight. Truphena Muthoni is currently in Nyeri wrapped around a trunk,

and she is not letting go until she breaks the world record. This is not a joke. She has committed

to zero food, zero water, no sitting, no sleeping, and absolutely no

bathroom breaks for three full days and nights. The physical toll is going to be insane,

but she is determined. She actually pulled off forty-eight hours back in January, so she knows the

pain. Her goal is to force a conversation about saving indigenous trees from deforestation.

It is an extreme method for a serious cause, but you have to respect the dedication.
