worse. The fundamental problem isn't a lack of insulin; it is that your

body is already swimming in too much of it. When you take drugs or injections that

spike insulin just to lower glucose, you are essentially feeding the fire. This leads to massive

We have to stop looking at glucose as the only villain and start fixing the insulin resistance

that is actually causing the damage.
