Namaste. This is an exclusive meditation designed for you to focus on easing the tension
and discomfort associated with spondylitis. This will be very much useful for you.

Find a comfortable position on the chair while keeping your feet flat on the floor.
Or if you want, you can lie down. Whatever position you choose, allow your body
to feel fully supported. Gently close your eyes or simply lower your gaze. Take a moment to
arrive fully in this space. Let's begin by taking three slow, deep cleansing breaths.
Inhale deeply through your nose, fill- filling up your belly and chest with air.
