Hi, Its Mike here from Amino Alchemy, today we gonna cook one of
my favourite recipes. Pistachio Ramen with Crispy Tofu. It is packed with thirty-nine grams
of complete plant-based protein. First, press and cube your extra-firm tofu,
then toss it with some Thai green curry paste. Air fry until crispy.
Meanwhile, cook your wholewheat noodles according to the package directions. Blend soaked pistachios,
spinach, coriander, and broth until smooth. Simmer with coconut
milk and lime juice. Pour that creamy green broth over your noodles and
