Miscommunication and Team Dynamics

It went more along the lines of “hey what you did yesterday really sucked for me because I specifically

asked you not to and I can’t think of one reason why you felt the need to bring it up and

now the boss is pinning all my mistakes on me being airheaded for a boy”And she said “I’m sorry

that the boss is pinning everything on that I didn’t intend for that to happen".

And I said but you still said it infront of everyone when I said not to”And she went “well I’m

never included in conversations and I thought this was my way to be included and be a part of

the team instead of an outcast” so I said “ if you have to put my bussiness into a conversation

to be included then maybe it’s not yours to be part of” so she stormed away said I didn’t understand
