to achieving your goals: procrastination. You'll learn practical strategies to stop delaying action
and start making consistent progress. Why does procrastination happen? Procrastination
often stems from fear, being overwhelmed, or simply a lack of clarity.
Even motivated people can get stuck in the cycle of, "I'll start tomorrow," leading to frustration
and abandoned goals. So, break your goals into smaller steps. Large goals can
feel intimidating. Divide them into small, manageable tasks to make them less
