Pip the Upside-Down Climber

In a busy forest, a little squirrel named Pip dreamed of flying like the birds.

Pip climbed the tallest tree, spread his arms, and froze. “I can’t fly!” he

squeaked. Just then, a wise owl swooped by. “You don’t need

wings to be amazing,” the owl hooted. “Did you know squirrels can twist their ankles all the way

around to climb down trees headfirst?” Pip tried it, scrambled down like a furry superhero,

and grinned. “Maybe I can’t fly,” he said, “but I’m the best upside-down climber

in this forest!”
