my favourite recipes. Pistachio Ramen with Crispy Tofu. This dish packs thirty nine grams
of complete plant protein! First, toss your extra firm tofu with
green curry paste and air fry until perfectly crispy. Blend soaked pistachios, spinach,
and coriander with vegetable broth for an iron rich green base. Simmer that green
goodness with coconut milk, lime, and soy sauce. It is creamy
and dairy-free! Pour over noodles, add the tofu, and garnish with hemp seeds and
