Amish teens get a free pass to go wild in the modern world. It’s a tradition
called Rumspringa. Around age 16, they leave their strict, no-tech communities
to experience life on the outside. We're talking cars, smartphones, parties—everything
they’re normally forbidden from. It’s their one chance to see what they’d be giving up before
committing to the Amish church for life. They can choose to leave forever
or come back and be baptized. And here's the wild part: after tasting all that freedom,
a staggering 90% of them choose to return to the simple life.
