Screaming Therapy Saved Our Marriage

Warning: this man screaming in his basement saved his marriage. My neighbor called

the cops on us last month because she heard a man yelling from our basement. When the police

showed up, they found me down there alone, screaming into a pillow at the top

of my lungs. I had to explain that this was actually therapy. My wife and I were

about to split up because I couldn't communicate without exploding. Every little thing

she did made me rage, and I would blow up at her constantly. A therapist told
