Your computer isn't just slow; it's literally having a panic attack. You know RAM,
your computer's active workspace? When it gets full, your PC starts using your hard drive
as slow 'virtual memory.' When it swaps data back and forth too much, it's called 'thrashing.'
The system gets so busy shuffling things around that it can't do any actual work,
causing that total freeze. While your PC is thrashing, hackers are busy
social engineering you with phishing emails, trying to trick you into giving
up your passwords. So, more RAM stops the thrashing, but only you can
stop the phishing.
