Basically, even if we all want the same thing, nobody moves because everyone is waiting
for someone else to do the work so they can benefit for free. That is why small
lobbies always beat the majority. Plus, we are trapped in dynamic stabilization.
We have to run faster and work harder every year just to stay in the same place.
You aren't burnt out, you are just living in a structural trap.
