Ten Days in Darkness

Ceiling stains and poison walls. My prison is this room. The urgent call

of my soul. Lamenting impending doom. The paper floors are weakened by my

tears. The door seems miles away. My only thoughts

are those of fear. They grow stronger every day. The windows a

sickly smoke. There's no light to be found. As I grasp for a sign

of hope. My mind is filled with doubt. Evil appears before me.

As I look for God. I wonder where could he be? I need one

dead nod. The tiniest light appears as the darkness
