Every building you’ve ever loved is actually just a remix of the same ancient patterns.
It sounds crazy, but architecture really boils down to a battle between the circle and the
line. The circle is static and centered; it’s about gathering together,
like a tipi or the Pantheon. The line is dynamic; it’s about movement and action,
like a street or a long hallway. We dress them up in different styles, but the skeleton
is always the same. We don't just build these shapes because they look cool; we keep repeating
them because they match the deep wiring of how human beings actually feel and live.
