The Humming Girl in the Woods

A girl died in these woods thirty years ago. They never found her body.

Hikers say if you walk alone at sunset, you'll hear humming. Sweet, childish humming

that gets closer even when you run. My friend laughed it off last month. Went hiking solo

to prove it was fake. His camera was found three days later, still recording.

The footage shows him walking, then stopping. The humming starts. He turns around,

and there she is. A little girl in a white dress, face hidden by long black hair.

She reaches for the camera. The screen goes black. But the audio keeps

going. You can hear him screaming her name, begging her to stop. Then silence.
