The Water Cycle Explained

Rain is not just water falling from the sky. It is actually millions of tiny water droplets

that got too heavy to stay up in the clouds. When the sun heats up puddles,

rivers and oceans, the water turns into invisible vapor and floats up. It cools down in

the sky and sticks together to form clouds. When these droplets combine and get

heavy enough, gravity pulls them down as rain. This amazing cycle keeps happening

over and over, giving plants and animals the fresh water they need to survive.
