Cricket has one of the weirdest dismissal rules you've never heard of.
A batsman can be given out for "timed out" if they don't reach the crease within two minutes
of the previous wicket falling. Even stranger, you can be out "handled the ball" just for
touching it with your hand, unless you're protecting your wicket. And here's the wildest
part: there's a "diamond duck" where you get out without facing a single ball,
usually by run out. The game also has a "danger area" on the pitch that's protected like sacred
ground, and if bowlers damage it repeatedly, the opposing team gets five penalty
