After nearly three decades of marriage, Akon is telling his wife she gets absolutely zero

spousal support. The rapper is playing serious hardball in his divorce from his estranged wife,

Tomeka Thiam. According to new court documents, Akon officially checked the box

to terminate any spousal support, basically saying she’s not getting a dime from him.

This is his response to her divorce petition, which she filed back in September after 29 years together.
