breakfast at three AM like it was his last meal on earth. We've been programmed to think three meals
a day is natural, but your metabolism actually runs on opportunity, not clocks.
Ancient humans didn't have lunch breaks. They ate when food appeared, then went hours
without thinking about it. That's why you can feel starving at noon but completely
forget about food when you're deep in a project. Your brain switches between fuel mode
and focus mode based on what's in front of you, not what time your phone says.
