Your body actively destroys your muscle the second you stop using it. It is called the
Principle of Reversibility, and it is why consistency beats intensity every time. But you cannot just
go hard randomly. You need Progressive Overload, meaning you have to constantly make
things harder to see changes. Then you need Recovery, because you actually get stronger while
you sleep, not while you lift. And stop copying every workout you see online.
The Principle of Individuality proves what works for them might injure you. Train for your specific
body, or you are just wasting your time.
