Study 72 Hours Before Tests

Testing might seem straightforward, but ninety percent of people do it completely wrong.

I used to spend hours reviewing material the night before, cramming everything

in. Then I learned this. Your brain needs three days minimum to transfer information

from short term to long term memory. Start studying seventy two hours early, break it into twenty

minute sessions, and sleep eight hours the night before. I went from barely

passing to top of my class. The students who cram are literally fighting against

their own biology.
